    We recommend having your windows cleaned every 4-8 weeks, depending on your location and personal preference.
  • What is included in a regular window clean?
    A regular clean includes cleaning the glass, frames, sills, and doors, as well as UPVC porch canopies, each time we visit.
  • How long will it take?
    The time depends on the size of your property and the condition of the windows, but for most homes a typical clean will usually take anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour.
  • What happens if it rains after my windows are cleaned?
    If it rains after your windows are cleaned, don’t worry! Our cleaning method uses purified water, which dries streak-free, and rain typically won’t affect the results. We clean in all weather conditions to maintain a consistent service schedule, ensuring your windows are always kept in top condition.
  • How do I know when my window cleaner is coming?
    You’ll receive a text reminder the evening before your scheduled clean, so you’ll always know when to expect us.
  • Do I need to be at home when you visit?
    You don’t need to be at home. The evening before your scheduled clean, we’ll send you a text reminder. Simply leave any gates unlocked, and we’ll take care of the rest. We also operate on a cashless system, so you can easily pay online via bank transfer, Direct Debit or card after the job is completed.
  • Do you use ladders?
    No, we don't use ladders. In accordance with The Working at Height Regulations 2005, we use the Water Fed Pole (WFP) system, which allows us to clean windows safely from the ground. This method eliminates the need for ladders, reducing risk and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Do I need to sign a contract for regular cleans?
    No, there’s no contract required. You can schedule regular cleans at your convenience, and we’ll remind you when the next one is due.
  • How can I pay?
    You can pay via Direct Debit through GoCardless, bank transfer, or by card payment over the phone. GoCardless is our preferred method as it provides a secure, automated way to process payments and ensures hassle-free billing for you and us.
